DKIM Causes Mail to Land in Spam
Hi,
I'm setting up a new organization. Everything is working except that, when DKIM is enabled, emails sent to gmail accounts land in spam. When DKIM is turned off, they land in the Gmail recipients "Inbox."
Note that when looking at the original email in Gmail, it says,
| SPF: |
PASS with IP 135.84.80.217 Learn more |
| DKIM: |
PASS with domain example.com |
In Zoho, the DKIM record I set up at the domain passed verification. (I guess that is obvious. Zoho doesn't let you turn it on unless the TXT record is verified.)
When I turn DKIM
off in the authentication area of Zoho Control Panel, messages once again land in the
inbox at and NOT in spam at Gmail.
Of course this is ironic, since setting up DKIM is supposed to do the opposite!
