DKIM Immediate Action

DKIM Immediate Action

I have followed the steps to configure DKIM, the 3rd party test showed it was verified. 

I still have an Immediate Action Required on my email control panel that says DKIM is not configured. 
I can send emails but I cannot receive them. 

Please HELP!
