dmarc policy fail unable to send mail from my zoho to gmail accounts

Please can someone help me get this sorted? I can send to many email addresses but gmail is not showing the email sent from MYSITE.COM domain. The message doesnt even appear nor is it in junk box.

I have entered the txt record on my dns after successful dkim and spf. It has been 24 hours and my entries are correct. txt: _dmarc. MYSITE.COM value:"v=DMARC1;p=none;pct=100;rua=mailto:admin@ MYSITE.COM"
