DNS Manager & SPF Configuration

Can somebody help me? I'm trying to access DNS Manager to configure my SPF (so that receivers might see my name instead of an unverified sender) BUT the instruction you guys give to us in the page https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/domains.html is not quite exactly what I see in my "domains" access (for example I can't select my domain manager URL and then launch it) .

Can somebody help me please? I really need to send out my emails with a professional setting. The domain I have www.marziavianello.com was bought through you so the verification is already done but for some reasons receivers do not recognize my domain as verified!

Can you please fix the problem or tell me how to do it? Please answer either to my zoho email address ( info@marziavianello.com) or to vianellomarzia@gmail.com

It is quite urgent by know since 4 days have passed ...
