DNS: one domain, two email servers, one by zoho?

Hi there, hope someone can help me!

I only want to transfer a part of our email addresses to zoho, namely some 20. Most of our staff shall have their emails stored on our own email server. I.E. only the local part of the email will decide wether the email is to be delivered to zoho servers or our company server. Is this possible? Or asked differently, does the verification of my domain with zoho already lead to DNS reallocations and a collaspe of my current server delivery structure?

Would highly appreciate any hint...
