Does Anyone have experience appending data from zoho forms into zoho crm?

Does Anyone have experience appending data from zoho forms into zoho crm?

I see only that I can create a new account or contact, skip or overwrite the existing field data, and would like the option to append.  We would use this for collecting updated discovery data for our existing clients.
