I cant' seem to find a live chat with sales or support with zoho. I keep getting phone calls, almost inevitably when I am in my car driving, from someone who says she is from zoho support. I tell her to call me back when I am at the computer but she hasn't yet.

I need to transfer the super admin back to myself. My intern who set it up left and his email has the super admin not mine and I own the business and the domain. I am trying to upgrade to a paid account but do you think I can find anyone on zoho to talk to about this????

is there NO live chat for sales and consequent set up support? Even the most basic of businesses have this.
