Domain going to 404 page when www. not entered before the domain name

Domain going to 404 page when www. not entered before the domain name

Hi,
My site is going a 404 page when a user does not enter the www. before the domain name
i.e. they enter allrenovation.co.uk instead of www.allrenovation.co.uk

Please can you assist with how to solve this.
