DOMAIN_NOT_RESOLVED when sending email to a specific domain

I get a DOMAIN_NOT_RESOLVED error when I try to send emails from my domain imalinx.com (email hosted with Zoho) to potato.idaho.gov

I have been succesfully using Zoho mail for imalinx.com during 5 months without problems, except when trying to send to potato.idaho.gov

Also, prior to moving to Zoho I had no problems sending emails to ipotato.idaho.gov

The original message is below (for privacy, I replaced real username in email adresses with 'user.name')
