Hello Zoho team,

I own the domain sparkylab.co.kr (registered and managed through Gabia, a Korean registrar) and I am trying to add it to my own Zoho organization (SparkyLab) on the Forever Free plan.

When I add the domain at mailadmin.zoho.com/hosting?plan=free, I always get this error:

"This domain is already associated with the account ad***n@sparkylab.co.kr."

I have no access to that older account. Here is the history with Zoho Accounts support (thread: "Request to release domain sparkylab.co.kr"):

- Oct 8, 2026: I emailed support@zohomail.com (cc support@zohoaccounts.com). Karthik replied that the domain is linked to the older account ad***n@sparkylab.co.kr and asked me to prove ownership with a TXT record (Name: ZAC48788, Value: domain.zoho.com, TTL: 1 hour).

- Oct 11, 2026: I added that TXT record in Gabia's DNS panel and sent the screenshot. The record is still live today (ZAC48788.sparkylab.co.kr TXT = domain.zoho.com, confirmed with a public DNS lookup).

- Oct 12, 2026 19:23 KST: Karthik confirmed the validation and said the previous administrator had been contacted, and that if no valid response was received within 12-24 hours, the team would delete the domain from the old account so I could add it with my own account.

- Oct 14 and Oct 15, 2026: I sent follow-up emails to the same thread. No further reply has been received, and the domain is still linked to the old account. I retried the setup page on Oct 13, 14 and 15 (latest: Oct 15, 2026 16:12 KST) and got the same error every time.

Could you please have the domain released from the older account as agreed, so that I can add it to my own organization? I am happy to provide any additional verification you need.
