Domain Verification

Can I only get help through this forum? Two emails sent to support@zohomail.com both been ignored.

I have just signed up for a hosted email account with yourselves however have been unable to verify the account.

I have tried CNAME, TXT and HTML with no avail each time comes back with verification failed. This has been left for over 24 hours for DNS to propagate.

When trying to go back into the domain verification I continue to get this error.

 

Also when trying to create a user account I get this message, I can assure you that this user does not exist as it is my first email account (apart from the super administrator).



Please can you manually verify this account and look into the above error.
