DomainKeys Problem

Hi Guys,

I have just signed up in Zoho and have some problem regarding Domainkey.

when I try to Start Authentication of Domain Key in Organization Settings->DomainKeys , I receive error message of "DomainKeys are not enabled, as the text record validation has failed. Please try again."
I have used "zoho" as TXT Record name and Also I have add it in the DNS in cloud flare. my domain name is www.innovativemedia.com.au

I also receive the error of "Database Operation failure" when I click on Generate New record. So probably there is something wrong with my account!

Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
