I have a form that is requiring double opt-in though it is not configured.

The form ultimately is supposed to pass data to marketing hub, but I cannot get it to go unless they confirm.  I don't want that step included for this list, is that possible?

I see this at the end of the double opt in configure window.....which makes me think it has to be configured?
