How long does it take for Zoho's legal team to sign a DPA? Cannot be that difficult, can it? But as with Support, you never get a reply - or even action - without following up.

Initiated the process  two weeks ago - and not without hassle at this stage already: no reply.  Had to follow up one week later to finally get the form. Returned it signed one week ago.
