Duplicate DKIM settings

I have three separate accounts with Zoho Mail and each one is showing the notification:

"DKIM entries in your domains DNS are not configured to match with Zoho.Please configure DKIM to ensure better email delivery."

I've checked the DNS for each domain and set DKIM record matches the value specified in
Control Panel -> Mail Administration -> Org Settings -> DomainKeys

However, I've just noticed another setting for DKIM (which I'm sure wasn't there when I set up the original DKIM setting) under
Control Panel ->  Mail Administration -> Email Authentication -> DKIM
but the value specified here for the same domain/selector is a different value.

So why are there two different settings for the same thing and are they both used by Zoho?
If so, how do I set up two values for the selector or should I be using different selectors for each setting?
