All of my Zoho emails are being duplicated in the sent folder. This is NOT an Outlook specific problem as it happens in Outlook, iOS mail and thunderbird. I use the same three mail clients with rackspace hosted email without the duplicated email issue.
My previous contact with Zoho tech support told me to tweak settings in outlook to "not save sent mail" but while this solved the issue with Zoho mail, it stopped saving any sent mail from Rackspace and Gmail which is unacceptable.
Please help me, if I cannot solve this problem I am going to switch all off my email accounts to Rackspace.
