Duplicate reminder emails from showtime
Folks - we are seeing duplicate reminder emails being sent to all people who registered to a showtime session. If we have a reminder for 1 day before and 1 hour before registered attendees are getting two emails each time. Due to this some of them are marking us as spam and is becoming a major problem affecting our attendance to the web sessions we are creating. Any fix for this? What is the problem that is causing this?
