DYK 1 - Color Palette for Enhanced Visual Identification of Status
Introducing the Did You Know series of posts. The goal of this series is to familiarize users with certain features or enhancements in Zoho Projects that may not be evident at first glance. The first post in this series deals with color palettes for indicating status.
Projects differ in size and scope, and they undergo various stages before completion. The work breakdown structure helps in breaking down the project into manageable components for ease of planning and tracking. Each of these components further flow through various stages throughout the project life cycle, and tracking them is important. To provide enhanced visual cues, Zoho Projects now supports a full color palette to customize the color of individual status across all modules. Users can set a unique color for each status for easier identification.
Benefits:
- Users can quickly recognize the status of modules
- Team leaders can visually identify if modules are reaching a critical stage or delayed
- Enable quick decision making using visual cues.
Do give this a try and let us know your feedback in the comments.
