Dynamic Serach Bar

Many databases now have a search bar that searches the entire site and suggests things as you type. This allows faster searching without needing to specify a module. More importantly, it allows users to search for a candidate without needing to know the full name or exact spelling. Just the first few letters of the first or last name will usually work to identify the candidate from a drop-down list that populates as the user types. This feature would be life-changing.
