E-mail already exists
For the "petforyou.eu" domain I can't recreate user "wiktoria" and group "info" after deleting it before. I tried to contact with support but without response. For group "info" I have information "user email exists", and for "wiktoria" user I get the information "This user is not allowed to add in Zoho". Before delete I create the users normally. It looks like problems with entries in your database? I spent many time on trying to resolve this problem with different ways and reading this forum. Please help, attachments added.
