e mail issue

Hi,
from 3 months i am using Zoho invoices. 1st 1 month i am getting cc mails to my mail id accounts@shellbg.com, but from 2 months i am not getting cc mails to my inbox, at the same time customers getting my invoices and mails. May i know why it happens?
