For 25 users we use zoho CRM and E-mail.

For our customer satisfaction program and employee traning we would like to have a daily report (including the content) with all sent and received mail on a number of selected e-mail accounts.

Later we would like also to filter the e-mail based on the data on the CRM card, like type of account, lead source etc.

How can we generate this report?
