Easy Parsing

I need a quick and easy way to import candidates I'm viewing in Monster or Dice. I have used other ATS's that allow you to cut the resume and paste into the system. The paste automatically parses name, contact info, etc. into proper fields. Is there any easy way to accomplish this? Working with Zoho recruit, I assume the only way would be to actually download each resume and then upload again into Zoho. thoughts? THe
