is it correct understood that collaborators with whom you share a workspace, will be able to create new folders within that workspace, but will NOT be able to delete folders or change folder names?

Basically i am the owner of one workspace, i have shared it with my staff and currently they can create new folders, but NOT change folder names - not even on the folderes they create themselves - or delete folders.
Is that so?
