Edit Layout of 'Candidate Approval' page & Allow Filtering

We'd love to be able to edit the layout of the 'Candidate Approval' page to show different fields. We'd also love to be able to filter the view by certain fields like 'Clinician Type' or the job they applied for. Thanks!
