Editing custom fields

Hi team at Zoho Recruit, Is there a way that I can edit the Picklist options of a customised field I created for Candidates? E.g. for Total work experience (years), I may want to add a few more years as options to choose from Currently, I have been deleting the custom field I have made, and creating a newly renamed one in order to edit one minor mistake. If there is a better way to edit, please let me know Kind regards, Sophia
