EEO/OFCCP

I am working for 2 countries, US and India. When I enable EEO/OFCCP, it is activated for all locations. I want it to be enabled only for US and not for India. Also I have enabled multiple currencies. I want any record to have currency based on the country. Right now I have to manually change the currency for each candidate and job. The system should do it automatically based on the country mentioned in the record.
