up until this morning I have been receiving my emails from your server to my outlook file on my microsoft surface pro.
that has now all changed. I am not receiving my emails. it is making working very difficult for me.
the error message I keep receiving from Microsoft office when trying to repair it is 'not able to login to incoming server' .
we have tried to change the password and this did not work.
on my I phone I deleted my account and try to launch it again
without success.
your assistance is appreciated.
