Email account change for Mass Mail

I have tried many ways to change the email account that Zoho Recruit sends from. I have gone to Zoho Mail and enabled two email accounts (one gmail, and one through 1and1.com). But I can't figure out how to get the gmail account as an option for the Mass Mail feature. Can anyone help?
