Thank you so much in advance for your help.  

I have enabled the Email Add-On feature.  It works perfectly on lead pages, listing all email records associated with the leads email address.  

When the lead is converted to a contact, the feature no longer works.  The area on the contact page for emails is present, but no email records are listed, even though they were there previously on the leads page.

It seems like there is likely a simple solution to this, but I cannot find one anywhere in the set up section or anywhere else in the help forums.  

Any ideas anyone?!
