Email address already exists

Email address already exists

Hi,

In the past I have had a signups@itzen.com.au email address. I removed it a few months ago and would now like to set it up again. When I go to add signups as an alias to an account I get the error "Alias Email Id already exists". I have used the search to confirm this account/alias doesn't already exist, and I have also opened each account manually and checked all the aliases to confirm this.

It looks like signups@itzen.com.au is still tied to one of my accounts, even though it doesn't show up anywhere in the Control Panel. Can someone please look at my account and resolve this issue?
