Email address and Resume Parsing

I would like to have my one employee who uses Zoho Recruit to have his email address in the system, otherwise they come to me as the account owner who is not using this system? Tx! Second issue is that the resumes we are receiving are not parsing correctly. We realize it's not always going to be perfect, but it's not really working at all?
