We use Zoho Mail Groups to do some basic forwarding of email for some members of our organization who don't need full mailboxes. These groups are groups of one, generally with Gmail addresses ultimately being sent the emails. In one case we've had the person's email address in their group be disabled for no apparent reason that I can discern twice now. I've been able to enable forwarding again by going to the group and clicking the gray bubble icon by status where it then turns to green. But I'm concerned about what might be disabling the email address in the group so often (within just 2 weeks or so after I enable it again). Is there some sort of confirmation email that the recipient needs to click a link in after this kind of enabling, even while they've already confirmed the group originally, that we're just missing here? Does anyone know what may cause this issue and/or how to remedy it for good? This has only happened with a single one of many groups we have set up for this kind of use, so part of me wonders if it is somehow an issue on the end of the recipient's email account (Gmail in this case). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
