email address with inbox and sent folders, shared across multiple users
Hello, I have been using Zoho before, however I am practically new here. Moving from Gandi at the moment and thought that Zoho might answer our requirements, however hit a snag I am hoping someone will be able to help with.
What is the best way to have the above requirement fulfilled? To be more precise:
1. One group email (support@, etc.) for specific team members to access as needed
2. With ability to reply as (support@) by anyone in the team
3. Have inbox, outbox and possibly drafts folders.
