Email alert error

I have an email alert that that sends an email to applicants as soon as they reply. The email comes from me and I am also in the BCC. We have had 10 applicants in the last week and no alerts have been sent. See https://recruit.zoho.com/ats/Dashboard.do#EmailAlert and attached screenshot Can you please help?
