I´m unable to assign or create the address xx@iezzimatica.ar in my organization.
Current situation:
Alias cannot be assigned to any user (system says it is already in use)
New user with this address cannot be created
Address does not appear under Users, Groups, or Domains
SMTP returns: 550 5.1.1 User does not exist
This indicates an orphan alias object still reserved in the backend directory.
Please perform a backend cleanup and purge any references for:
xx@iezzimatica.ar
Likely locations:
Deleted users
Mail routing
Group alias
Directory mapping
I need the alias fully released so it can be assigned to the superadmin account.
