Email already exists when creating a group

Email already exists when creating a group

Dear Zoho support team,

I'm trying to create a group under out totamealand.com zoho account. Namely info@totamealand.com. This Email was used by us when creating another zoho account which we fully deleted to start over. It seems like the Email remains in the database. Could you please release the following Emails?
