Email and SMS followup after every few days after quotes and sales invoice

Hello,

I am new to zoho crm.

We want to implement CRM in our company.

Below is our sales process.
  • We receive enquiry by email or by telephone.
  • We want to send quotation by zoho.
  • If prospective customer is interested they ask for Sales Invoice ( we call it Proforma Invoice).
  • After Sales Invoice if they are interested they give order.
  • After sending Quotation and Sales Invoice we want automatic followup emails and sms to go to the prospective customer every few days. Total 4 times : first after 1 day, second after 2 days,  third after 3 days and fourth after 4 days.
  • Similarly an automatic task should be created for our staff to call the prospective customer.
  • After order is successfully received we want automatic email to go to customer for their feedback and repeat order every 15 days.
  • Also we need to add delivery charges in the Sales Invoice. How do i do it ?
  • We need to customise the quotation and sales invoice in our format.
Please advice me how do i set above. I am ready to pay a little if someone can configure for me.
