Email as CC instead of BCC

Email as CC instead of BCC

When I send a mass mail to candidates starting at the candidates tab and add a BCC address so that I can see what the candidate is getting - the email goes out as CC and not BCC i.e. copy instead of blind copy. Please verify and rectify.
