email association with CRM
Why is it 2024 (almost 2025) and Zoho has not figured out how to integrate email with CRM? It is so inconsistent at associating emails within CRM.
I am an attorney. I have clients and work with other attorneys. Attorney John Doe is associated with multiple deals. If I send Attorney John Doe an email through the deal record, that outbound email usually gets associated. However, when Attorney John Doe sends me a response, it SHOULD auto associated it with that matter, but it usually does not (and maybe never does). I will then go into Attorney John Doe's contact and try to mannually associate the email with the deal.
The only way that I have found to consistently and flawlessly do it is to associate it through Zoho Mail.
Come on Zoho. How can this not be resovled by now. All industries use email as their primary means of electornic communiation.
