Hi my email account has been blocked to send or received emails. I checked the MX and SPF registers and they are ok (addressed to Zoho).
When I sent emails from my Soho Account the error message is:
motivo: 554 5.1.8 Email outgoing blocked
When I sent emails from my personal email account to my business Soho Account the error message is:
552 5.1.1 <Zoho email account> Mailbox delivery failure policy error
I hope you can help me unblocking my zoho email account. Thanks
