Hello,
I had someone on Friday say that they were getting bounce messages when trying to send emails to us. I assumed that the attachment they were trying to send was too large.
I have now had someone else get a bounce as well, see below for details.
I have checked in the control panel to see the max filesize, to advise people, or to increase it - but can't find this information in the control panel anymore.
Can you advise if the bounce below is due to this, or something else? And please let me know what the file size limit is for receiving emails.
