Would you please consider adding the following within Projects:
Notes: to record meeting notes, telephone notes and discussions associated with a specific project
Email: I find it straneg that email is not incorporated in projects. Its the most crucial element. If you cannt incorporate in Project, at least add " Project" drop down field to chose from when a message is composed or received.
Docs: Same as mail, a user should be able to download mail attachments into a project document folder
Notification: there should be ZOHO system wide notification of events, new / revised documents and emails. especially when working with "MyzPC" which i find most useful
Issue Tracker: The present issue tracker is tailored around Bug issues for software developers. What about other types of projects? A simple Issue tracker ( See Bento project Dashboard) would involved few columns:
Reference- Issue summary-Project-Status( in-progress/Closed/Not started)-Point of Contact-Date Issued-
If you make those headings editable and user is able to add more fields then you;d have done us a great favour
