Email Fatal Error

We cannot send emails from any menu in ZOHO Recruit. Our testing has shown it is probably due to our TLD being .careers. We can send using .com but the VALID TLD of .careers is displaying the following error: 'Unable to process your request' and at top displaying 'Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator'. This is a HUGE breaker item for us - can you confirm that .careers is the problem and give me a date when this will be corrected?
