Email from ZOHO to OFFICE365 Failed

I am zoho mail admin of a organization. most of email accounts having trouble in sending emails to office365. They are getting server busy error in response as shown in screenshot. Sometimes after retries its send email successfully. Anyone can help!!!!! ??
