Email-In Feature - Where?

There are innumerable references to Zoho's "Email-In" Feature - each of which includes the words " Email-in" feature in Zoho Docs, provides you a secure email address.


I have spend several hours attempting to find this "secure email address" to no avail.

In our company's Zoho Portal, while digging furiously through all the settings, the only thing I've encountered are the words "You do not have permission to use this feature."

  1. We have a paid company account.
  2. Where is this feature enabled/disabled?
  3. Where do I find the "...secure email address" that is mentioned on all your help documents?
