Email is Mandatory for Payments with WePay error message when creating invoice

Email is Mandatory for Payments with WePay error message when creating invoice

I am trying to send an invoice and I keep getting the error "
  • Email is Mandatory for Payments with WePay "

I have the customer's email on the invoice.  I am sure it something simple I am missing but I cannot seem to find it.

I have used WePay before with Invoices so I am not sure why it is giving me this error now.
