Hi,
I am having two issues with emails, the first one is that not all emails are being synced down to my mobile app and have to go to the web portal to view them some are spam but want them downloaded as some are false positives.
Second I am not receiving all email and think there is a routing issue, the main ones I am noticing are password reset emails which are going missing, my email is not on any black lists and cant see any errors.
Can anyone please help?
