Email Migration Error - Invalid CA

OK, I'm trying to migrate from my self-hosted server but I used a CA called CACert , which is not widely trusted. When I hit the go button it says it could not connect. When I investigate on the server side it reveals that the "client" (the Zoho email migrate tool) does not support the CA I use. Is there a way I can choose what CA to allow? Or maybe have CACert added?
