email migration settings not found

On the Email Migration page < https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/pop-imap-migration.html#alink3>, I can't find the proper settings panel for POP/IMAP Migration. The help page says to go to "Control Panel » Mail Administration » Migration", but I haven't found anything that says "Mail Administration" or "Migration". When I click "Control Panel", I see a "Dashboard", without much specific to email. Alternately, from the mail page, when I click "Settings", I can go to "Email forwarding", but there isn't a place to input server details to fetch email from another IMAP server, only export-related details so another server could fetch from Zoho. I would like to setup Zoho to fetch incoming emails from a university account on an ongoing basis (new emails may come in from the other account, but I only want to use Zoho.)
